The most recent source cited is 2019 & the Spanish version of this page lacks any 2021 data references.

For anyone curious why I'm trying to make sense of a flawed Wikipedia page, religious trends in Uruguay are inconsistent across other surveys. If there's a high-quality 2021 survey with these #s, it could help confirm the actual change over time.
