There's a post going around about what's wrong with Google, and it reads to me like every founder of a small startup that has confused 100K user P/M-fit with the basis for a holy war.
That said, let me suggest a few nuances:
- yes, Google's conflict-averse culture *is* what is undermining it, year on year
- no, being able to move super fast and risk everything about your brand at every moment from a thousand sources is not brilliance, you incredible ass
- adopting React !== velocity
