Even as more Democratic Senators have committed to voting NO on the Republican continuing resolution, Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has said he plans to vote yes. This is a terrible choice, an abdication of his responsibilities to the Constitution, the country, and to those fighting to save democracy and rule of law in the U.S. I sent a comment via Schumer’s contact page, urging him to reverse his decision.
