Look I get you want to write your software in C, and it's also understandable that it needs networking support and other modern features, but can we please stop putting all this stuff into one underpowered, underresourced microcontroller with a big loop of nested state machines and no memory protection just because that's what you're used to? Please? 🥺 It doesn't have to be Linux. I'm cool with an RTOS. C'mon, pal. We can do better. 🙏
