Around here, if the cops believe there is ANY POSSIBILITY of a bomb, the bomb squad shows up, clears the block, and wheels in that fancy bomb squad robot, pulls the bag outside, and BLOWS THE SUCKER UP. NO "Officer Friendly Pawing Through Bag")
