- Animated 360° panorama captured by the Perseverance Mars rover. It shows the rover standing on the reddish-brown surface of Mars on a high mountain ridge in between two higher peaks. The view to the east shows the Jezero crater with it's ancient river delta and Mons Jezero in the hazy distance. To the west, in the hazy afternoon sunlight opens up a new vista with rounded hills.
