this new shelter cat we brought home makes me realize just how damaged Oscar was when we brought him home 7 years ago. Oscar hid under a bed for most of his first few months here, while Ziggi has taken right to us and wanders the house, exploring.
Oscar was in the shelter for 7 months… black cats can be hard to place. Ziggi was in the shelter for a few weeks.
