we need to deal with this painful truth. we can cut a lot of the crap if we stop Congress from overburdening implementation processes and stay focused on actually getting real work done for society, and without corruption. call me a ‘sewer socialist’ if you will.
I was just a low-level NCO, not an officer. that’s probably why I became an engineer: I want to get sh*t done, not just beat an issue to death with staff studies & layer after layer of proccess.
