The Fosstodon admins were both major disappointments today. One managed to wrote 1,600 words without a single acknowledgement of the concerns that were brought to him, let alone his choice to defend a fascist. The other called the LGBTQ+ members of Fosstodon a “vocal minority” who are ”loud” and “obnoxious” because they dared to raise an issue.
This is not OK. No one should tolerate this. Every single person plugged into this broader network deserves better.
