from reading about the kind of error messages being thrown, it appears to me that it is one or more script-kiddies trying to make TLS fail and fall back on an earlier version of OpenSSL and force an insecure connection through which they would start an outgoing ssh session... which it won't fookin let them do, but they keeeeeeeep trying.
