* Vertical integration is also banned, as is any arrangement where one organization habitually purchases more than 33% of any other organization's output of any single product.

* No organization, of any kind, may employ more than 20,000 people (Dunbar's Number, squared, rounded down to the nearest ten thousand).

* Corporations may issue as much *non-voting* stock as they like, and this can be owned by any entity, but they may issue no more than 150 shares of voting stock (Dunbar's Number again), each of which must be owned directly by a natural person. Furthermore, no natural person may own more than one share of voting stock in any one company, and everyone who owns voting stock in a company is personally and unlimitedly liable for the acts of that company.
