musing about a former period in my life; time spent as Moffett Field Cubicle Monkey toiling away at a SPARCstation in a “temporary office trailer” built in the 1950s. the trailer was situated across a parking lot from a Really Big Wind Tunnel Building 🌬️, and as The FNG my “office” was there.
that building is/was big enough that it created & shaped it’s own wind currents, something the local hawks used to take advantage of when seeking crunchy daytime snax 🐭
