@josephcox Seriously, the communications tech used for even very sensitive (and occasionally classified) government communications is generally quite bad, with the user interface often being the worst culprit. It's not the fault of the users; these systems often just aren't designed in a way that makes them easy to use properly.
Ever entered a phone number incorrectly or texted the wrong contact? Everyone has - including the cops.
