Amado's is re-opening on Valencia Street, so here's a quick reminder:
Owner David Quinby has actively opposed safer streets for pedestrians and cyclists. In early 2023, Amado’s closed due to $500,000 in flood damage, a month before the Valencia bike lane began. Later, David claimed Amado's closed “because of the bike lane.” and pushed to remove any protected bike lanes from Valencia St. #SanFrancisco #ValenciaStreet #ZeroVision
