Should `miette` make diagnostic codes (myapp::api::connection_error, etc) optional? There's a lot of complications right now as I copy/rewrite stuff to make it easier to move from anyhow/eyre, and I feel like I'm just being stubborn about error codes? Does enforcement add value?
