@fromjason I enjoyed this post so much. Been looking at the positives and negatives of an expensive espresso machine vs a moka pot, and my conclusion aligns with your blog, that a moka pot with good coffee and the right grind, freshly brewed with love and care, hits the sweet spot compared to the cost and overcomplication of a machine. Perfection is personal, not industrial. Also, I am not a coffee shop, just a groggy guy needing a couple of very good cups to get the day going.
