Captain Artem "Archer" Sviridov was killed in combat on 28 August 2025. He left his life as an ICU nurse in Germany to defend Ukraine in 2022.
Even while fighting, he studied healthcare management, planning to reform Ukrainian medicine after victory.
"This war is about defending freedoms and values. I want to help my country change," he wrote.
Ukraine lost a warrior and healer.
