This is one of my favourite purchases ever: a chair that flips into being a stepladder. The seller called it a library chair.
I bought it mostly for novelty reasons but it’s proven very handy.
Attachments:
- An ordinary-looking wooden chair, except it has hinges about 1/4 in on the seat and a rung-style backrest. There’s a footrest-type strut between the legs. (remote)
- Flipped on the hinges, the top of backrest of the chair now rests on the ground while the front legs are upside down and up top. The strut (in two parts), and the upside down seat in between, form the steps of the stepladder. (remote)
