These are the only acceptable behaviors for the IACR as an impartial and truly *International Association*:
- Issue balanced empathy statements expressing equal respect and consideration for all civilian members of any conflict that it decides to comment on, and without humanizing one side of a conflict more than the other,
- Not issue ANY political statements at all.
Both of the above are equally acceptable. No other solution is acceptable.
