It's wild how The Telecommunications Act of 1996 and what we're seeing in tech today are so similar.
The country received better access to services as a result. But can anyone say with a straight face that mobile, internet, and cable service providers are motivated by competition? Or that we receive good rates for these services?
And how will social and cloud computing services change once regulation passes in the future? Heh.
