I have a #legal question: can I release an application for macOS that contains a pixel-perfect recreation of macOS's UI elements? Implemented from scratch by me using Web tech, and not using Apple-provided interfaces.
It seems I could be violating copyright by copying the UI design. OTOH maybe exemptions for interoperability apply?
