Also, I totally get that using FOSS would be better in principle. But it's a matter of goal setting and making progress.
My goal (The Janky Web) is simple- to reduce the amount of collective time allotted to ad-tech platforms.
My method is simple, too—move people to apps they already have on their phones, and platforms that feel familiar.
