In case you're wondering what the commercial real estate market in DC is like now, we just negotiated a ridiculously low rate for my office suite, from $50/square foot to $40/square foot.
For the first time in 18 years, my office rent is dropping significantly.
Good for me, but not great news for the economy over all.
