If you're a Patron to anything on Patreon go to Settings-->Account tab-->Scroll to the bottom under Privacy, turn off 'Full Public Profile' and 'Community Profile. The new privacy update on Patreon makes them public by default.

There are two settings listed, the first is 'Full Public Profile' should be toggled to off as the full public profile shares your public profile and includes your name, photo, the date you joined Patreon, and any social links or other information you add. The second setting is 'Community profile' where your community profile shows more information than your public profile and is visible to people in communities you're both part of.
