It seems DHH doesn’t realise that Kathy Sierra might have changed her perspective on “haters” since her Creating Passionate Users days, after being run off the web twice by Nazis and their tech industry collaborators, nor does he seem to have read her vastly more useful and nuanced book “Badass: Making Users Awesome”.
There is no value in paying attention to DHH except as a precautionary measure in case he decides at some point to pick a target.
