He can continue talking about the Department of Injustice, accuse the Biden administration of whatever.
(She wrote 3 pages to explain because the issues are difficult. It isn't a slam dunk in the Shut Him Up already' department)
I think it's solid. If I were appealing it, I could find a few nitpicks, but not much.
