It'll be interesting to watch the shift in #fediverse rhetoric go from " #Meta is just trying to comply with EU regulations" to "regulatory capture is a good thing actually, and we've wanted Meta to become a compliance server the whole time."
Not super duper in love with the idea of forcing small businesses to buy big tech services under the guise of safety. Am in love with regulation that actually protects users and their data though.
