Amazon gave me a $100 credit to sign up for their credit card.
I got the card in the mail today and tried to set up auto-pay but it required creating a *different* account, and that process was buggy and locked me out of the account.
... So I called and cancelled the account.
If you want people to use your service, I dunno, make it ... work?
