another lesson this definitely points to is that we need to rediscover the old-fashioned joys of actually doing alpha (engineering insiders), beta (reasonably tech savvy insiders), AND gamma (just ordinary not particularly knowledgeable potential outside users) testing.
we’ve lost our way in product testing, we’ve forgotten our definitions.
