The idea that React solves problems for developers is premised on the idea that the point is better user experiences, and that all of this is necessary *to do better for users*. Implicit in that logic is that these tools will need better for *all* users, or that there is no TAM-vs-tools tradeoff. Except that's demonstrably false.
