Today is local council elections, in the UK.
I nearly forgot, but was reminded that they're on today, so I went and voted. (I voted for my local Conservative Party candidate)
Putting this post out there, for my British readers. The polls are still open, as I write this.
Please go out and vote! It is your constitutional right, and you should always do so, if you can. Even if you think your preferred party will lose, you should still vote, out of principle.
