I think, though, it's notable that this panel - handpicked to be made up entirely of vaccine "skeptics" - still didn't have the collective stomach to place more onerous restrictions on the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine (though they clearly are hostile to mass vaccination). It suggests that the political and regulatory dynamics here are fairly complex and fluid.
