If you very extremely do not *in any way* understand computers or technology, you could frame "code" as a resource to be exploited for profit. "Programmers" are simply a means to extract "code" from a conceptual problem space you don't understand and won't examine.
So you do what capitalists have always done: brute-force mechanize the resource extraction and not once ever consider consequences even in the abstract.
