As a Blink API OWNER I vote on a lot of go/no-go decisions about web platform features. That's a cheerless process lawyering role in which we make sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed -- often to ensure that trailing browsers can catch up quickly if and when they choose to -- but rarely does it cause me joy.
This Intent-to-Ship was the exception.
