It's worth stipulating that I was wrong! The video was 25fps, as was the animation. But it was in a last-gen format and the wrong resolution(s), which meant that each time you moused over an item, a > 250KB video might load, only to stab you in the eye, and probably for a whole host of reasons that no longer attach to any user.
