Changes I am making in my creative/client work:
- I am deprioritising meetings. Maximum 1 meeting per client per week.
- I am no longer taking video calls. Only audio. My focus needs to be on communicating, not pretending I’m in the same room.
- I am shifting client briefings and updates to Asynchronous video and text updates.
