There are rumors being spread nationwide about proud boys and Trump supporters infiltrating protests against ICE and that they plan on instigating and escalating to make protesters “look bad” etc. I thought this was really obvious cointelpro to defend peace policing and encourage distrust to anyone in bloc or any direct action, especially ahead of the weekend, but I’m seeing more and more people spread this.
Please please pleaseeeee spread calm and not panic. Rumors like this happen frequently when stuff is popping off and it can cause chaos very quickly.
If there is an active threat or cause for concern from the far right I promise you there are so many Antifascist researchers all over the country paying close attention and you will hear it from them before any random liberal account or org making these claims with no evidence.
