Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in #Science! As with all days created to remind us our species is wise and diverse, I am excited to use today to reflect on how I can do more to empower all human beings to participate in the great scientific enterprise, and to support all of my colleagues regardless of their personal journey and struggles.
