Since web components are popular (finally), I'd just like to mention Bruck ( https://github.com/Heydon/bruck ). It's a prototyping framework made with pure web components (no dependencies). It's actually the predecessor to https://every-layout.dev in some ways, since many layout-related components first appeared there.
