This video immediately made me think of the entire conversation happening around the new #Fosstodon admin and mods.
It feels like there is a lack of being heard, and responses are missing some of the core concerns being raised.
Which then leads to frustration and escalating language, which in turn leads to dismissals and nitpicking over the words used instead of the issues raised.
