Just getting into the *accessibility settings* with it and no visual information (closing my eyes) is a complete no-go. You have to use the keyboard to get Orca to speak the labels of any Qt buttons or menu options, and there's no way to tab back and forth between the settings categories, sub categories, and actual options.
(I don't need a screen reader but this is a rabbit hole I've fallen down now)
