Why did they vote to eliminate online and mail-in voter registration? Why did they choose to restrict access to the ballot instead of protecting it?
H.R. 22 would disproportionately impact married women who have changed their last names, naturalized citizens, military members, and tribal citizens. Similar laws in Kansas and Arizona have blocked thousands of eligible voters from registering. No Democrat should support this dangerous legislation.
