This is the same company that is trying to geographically ring-fence browser engine choice under the theory that it doesn't *have* a global market to answer to, only the specific EU jurisdictional restraints that apply when an iPhone is sold in the EU.
They're literally geofencing progress in the EU, then turning around to claim that the global market is more relevant when it suits them.
