Maybe real AGI has been with us for a while. Maybe the real AGI has been humans combined with all the computers we've been using to solve problems with reliable, knowable algorithms that were otherwise intractable. That sounds like combining the strengths of humans with the strengths of machines. If we weren't so hung up on creating completely submissive servants, maybe we'd see it that way? 🤔
