I have this script that runs daily on a VPS, and whenever I make changes to it I'd do them locally, commit to GitHub, ssh to that box, and pull the latest. Kind of annoying!
Just rigged it up so on each push a Github Actions runner spins up an ephemeral Tailscale node, sshes through that into my VPS, and pulls from there. It rules
