My new favorite thing.

English Whichever MBA course taught a whole generation of business people that one-word emails gives you power and status should be abolished. Whoever wrote that course should be tarred and feathered. The nature of my business allows me to work with many different corporate offices over two decades. I can confidently say that communication has gotten worse over the years. Everyone is trying to be a boss by sending one word emails. No one is communicating.
Linkedin Speak - Best Unpopular opinion: The MBA curriculum that taught an entire generation that one-word emails equal "power" and "status" needs to be completely reimagined. In my 20+ years of consulting across diverse corporate landscapes, I've observed a troubling trend: communication is at an all-time low. " We've traded clarity for "boss energy." We've traded connection for brevity. The result? No one is actually communicating. Let's get back to basics. Let's prioritize meaningful dialogue over performative efficiency.
