@fromjason I just decided to make it my whole blog because the cross-linking you can do as part of a digital garden is incredibly convenient. Especially when you want to go back and revisit some of your earlier work or earlier articles; you can literally transclude the text that you wrote before and comment on it, expand on it, reference it.
If you're going along and think "somebody might want more information about that later," you just make it a link to a note you haven't written yet and then go ahead and write that when the mood strikes you. You automatically get connection between articles that talk about the same things.
At this point flat blogging just wouldn't satisfy me anymore. I wish wiki-style reference interfaces were the norm for such things so that maybe we could get cross-platform wiki-style reference and transclusion.
