What if we all add a page in our books that says something to the effect of this:

"The appearance of this work on #Google Books constitutes a legally-binding agreement for Google to pay the author a one-time fee of $5,000,000 for a temporary, non-exclusive #licence."

But make the text legally water-tight, and then sue them into discontinuing their #piracy?

Rinse, repeat for every thieving concern out there (though some of the new ones will be more difficult to catch than Google Books).
