The guy who made Bun is a huge fan of the guy who started Palantir. So the Anthropic acquisition makes total sense (Peter Thiel is a major Anthropic investor).
The other thing that comes as no surprise: following the news of the acquisition yesterday, the guy who runs a certain big tech blogging platform wrote this:
“Bun is our default for building the [redacted platform name] mobile apps. It’s good.”
