Russians cannot travel abroad – departures are being massively blocked due to the full-scale launch of the electronic summons project.
Both Muscovites and residents of other regions are receiving electronic summonses en masse.
Russians also face a ban on driving, cancellation of tax benefits, blocking of property transactions, denial of loans, and other sanctions if they ignore the summons.
